I really love this office – they are always on time, always friendly and ready for me when I arrive. Dr. Ho is a great dentist. His staff are very professional and make always make my visits comfortable. Whenever I meet directly with Dr. Ho, he’s never made me feel rushed or hurried, but walks me through where we’re at and takes the time to answer my questions.

Dr Ho and Sandy helped to extract my last wisdom tooth 2 weeks ago. I was always afraid of going to the dentist and suffering all the metal sound when dentists working on me. The experience at Dr Ho’s office was pretty good. Dr Ho was very patient with me and gave me clear understanding of what he was going to do, and he did his job very fast with good skills. Sandy was very thorough with instruction so that I could take good care of myself after extraction. I assumed that it’s something they do everyday, and my case was not a difficult surgery; but they took into account the fact that extraction was a big deal to me, some obvious and natural bleeding was big deal to me; and they tried their best to comfort me. Third Street Dental is amazing! Dr Ho is so informative and keeps you up to date what he’s seeing and finding! The hygienist is so gentle and lovely! Katie at the front desk can figure out any weird insurance issue or help with payment plans. I would recommend Third Street Dental to everyone!

My wife has been going to Third Street Dental since she was five years old. 25 years later, our whole family goes to this clinic (even though we live in Fairview). Dr. Skinner and her team are exceptional! Her staff are caring and considerate. They educate you and find ways to make you as comfortable as possible during every procedure. They take a genuine interest in your life and wellbeing and it is evident in their care.

It gives me great pleasure to write a testimonial about the impeccable service I have received since becoming a patient at Dr. Skinner’s dental clinic. Upon making my first appointment, I was immediately put at ease when the receptionist answered all my questions and concerns. At no point was I made to feel that my questions were irrelevant.
Having had some bad experiences at previous dental offices, I was somewhat wary of starting over at a brand new dental office. All of my fears disappeared when I arrived at the office with ease, found ample parking, was greeted by the friendly staff, and sat down in a comfortable reception area. The receptionist helped me get all the information prior to my arrival. This made the forms easy to fill out.
After that, the dental hygienist whisked me into the chair. She was awesome. My teeth never felt so clean! The dental hygienist took me through every step of the process, and made sure I had an opportunity to address any concerns I might have. After that Dr. Skinner came in and carefully checked my teeth. I loved the fact that she gave me options and carefully discussed long term care with me.
I have now been at Third Street Dental for a few years, and all my experiences continue to be great. Since my first visit, I have had some corrective cosmetic work done on my teeth. Dr. Skinner handled everything with the utmost care. She fully understood what I wanted. Then she made suggestions for me to consider. Dr. Skinner took great care to make my teeth beautiful. Her work is impeccable.

I suffer from health anxiety so my wisdom tooth extraction was something I’ve put off for 3+ years. When I went to my consultation he answered every single question I had without feeling rushed (and I had a *lot* of questions).
We decided on doing IV sedation (which I was also very nervous about) but the whole thing was not scary at all! And I say this as someone with very bad anxiety.
I got there, put my favourite comfort blanket on, & once the sedation set in, I don’t remember anything really! I definitely did not panic or feel scared in the slightest which was the most surprising part.
I feel such a relief to have had these extractions finally taken care of. I could cry of joy. I’m obviously still in the very early stages of healing, but I will update my review if anything changes!
