Dr. Andrew Ho and his staff are so professional (know exactly what they are doing), friendly, and communicate very well (what to expect, what, when, etc). My son needed a root canal done. We were prepared to “suffer” with the pain, liquid food, medical leave for at least 3-5 days. One of Dr Ho’s staff sit down with us to go over the entire pre and post surgery process, what to do and not to do post surgery, when to return for a review and other details. Dr Ho did the canal expertly and the whole surgery were done well before what was scheduled. Surgery went very well. My son was eating and chewing food the second day. Dr Ho’s staff followed up to ensure that all was well with my son. Dr Ho and his team operates like a dream team. It is hard to find a professional dentist with an excellent support team (nurses, hygienist, front desk…) that makes visiting a dentist a pleasant experience. We have to travel from Coquitlam to North Van, but glady do so. We recommend Dr Ho to all our church friends who are looking for a professional, friendly, communicates very well, and supported by a “dream team” of nurses and staff.
Dr. Ho and his team at Third St Dental are absolute professionals. From the moment you walk in the door it is a friendly welcoming environment. Having plenty of work done recently I can’t say enough how great this team is. My crowns match perfectly and look great! Very excited to smile again with confidence! :D

From Sarah at the front desk and her cheerful nature, to Dr. Ho’s comforting and pleasant approach. I have been a patient at third street dental since I was 4 years old (so around 16 years) and it was recently that Dr. Ho became my new dentist. He is very friendly and always makes sure you are comfortable. I recently had two wisdom teeth removed and the process was very quick. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ho to friends and family.
What an amazing dental experience! Being in my third trimester of pregnancy, I was wondering how comfortable I would be at the dentist. The massaging chairs, the large screen TVs, the friendly atmosphere, and the skilled hands of Dr. Ho and his staff, made for a wonderful AND comfortable experience. My two children (ages 4.5 and 3) also visited Dr. Ho’s clinic. It was their first time seeing a dentist. He was SO patient and gentle with them. He even made them balloon animals :) They LOVED their visit and have asked to go back to see Dr. Ho. They even pretend to be dentists at home and re-enact their cleaning on each other and on mommy. I HIGHLY recommend this dental clinic for the entire family!!!
I’ve been going to Third Street Dental for the past 2 years and can’t say enough great things about Dr. Andrew Ho and his team’s professionalism, friendliness, level of service and knowledge. Cheryl, my dental hygienist always makes me feel so welcome and comfortable during my cleaning visits and I genuinely feel like she cares when she asks how I am doing and what’s going on in my life (not something you usually expect when going to a dentist!) The dental equipment is modern, pristine and I always feel like I’m in great hand when I come in. I highly recommend Dr. Ho and his team to anyone I know!
Dr. Andrew Ho is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been too. I was really impressed with his gentle touch and how he shared some great options for moving forward with treating my cavity. He never pressured me one way or the other as to how to deal with it. He just presented my options and he was very professional and friendly when explaining them to me. I will be back to visit him again soon!
It’s hard to find a good dentist in Vancouver. My experiences in the past have never been good. So when it was time to find a new dentist I was happy to discover Dr. Andrew Ho at Third Street Dental. Dr. Ho was very patient and understanding. He listened to my concerns and provided great solutions.
After my cleaning Dr. Ho provided some alternatives to treatment but I never felt pressured or sold on anything. The dental staff are all friendly and helped my appointment go smoothly without any worries. Finally a dentist that cares!
